Job Description:
Our client in South Miami is seeking full-time Monday to Friday temp- hire Billing and Collection. Bilingual English and Spanish. For a busy OBGYN practice, to join their team. Must have 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process medical claims and follow up on outstanding insurance balances.
- Manage accounts receivable and patient collections.
- Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and payment discrepancies.
- Review billing records and help resolve outstanding balances.
- Communicate professionally with patients regarding payments and account questions.
- Maintain accurate billing documentation while protecting patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of medical billing and collections experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience with insurance claims, accounts receivable, and payment follow-up.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Previous experience in an OB/GYN or women's healthcare practice is a plus.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
