Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm- Overtime is expected and can extend the workday until 5:00pm based on business needs. Rate- $20-$22 p/hr
Job Description: Resume Required. Forklift operations, Shipping/Receiving, Loading/Unloading trucks
The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Warehouse Specialists in a fast-paced, production-based environment. This individual will be accountable for the safety, quality, productivity, and overall performance of their assigned area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting daily warehouse operations
- Managing inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on schedule
- Coordinating customer pickups and warehouse workflows
- Operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (if certified)
- Monitoring employee performance and providing day-to-day leadership
- Supporting safety initiatives and maintaining compliance with warehouse procedures
- Assisting with product photography and other operational tasks as needed
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse leadership or Team Lead experience
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience
- Experience managing employee performance and productivity
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment
