- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are hiring Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Twinsburg. This position is responsible for operating CNC equipment, maintaining production quality, completing required paperwork, and keeping the work area safe and organized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions, setup sheets, attribute sheets, and safety procedures
- Perform basic tooling and offset changes
- Monitor parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Report machine issues and unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Complete daily paperwork and timecards accurately
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including checking coolant and lubrication levels
- Remove and replace chip containers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep machines running efficiently and maintain consistent production
- Follow company safety, quality, and workplace policies
- Work overtime as needed based on production demands
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operation
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Ability to use basic measuring tools and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
