Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Technician with experience in food production plants, responsible for performing predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring continuous operation of production lines.
Main Requirements:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Preferred experience with Flow Pack packaging machines and automated packaging equipment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics: bearings, chains, belts, pulleys, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments.
- Knowledge of industrial electricity: motors, contactors, relays, sensors, reading electrical diagrams, and 24VDC control systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, and VFD (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Ability to troubleshoot basic faults, parameters, and operation of drives.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (multimeter, amp meter, caliper, etc.).
- Basic experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve problems quickly.
- Ability to design or modify mechanical parts based on operational needs.
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and downtime reduction.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards, LOTO, GMP, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Experience with work orders, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance traceability records.
