| Requirements of position

| Must be able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, dig, and stand all day
Knowledge of construction tools and equipment, ability to measure and calculate materials using basic math.
Understanding and adherence to construction safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
Understanding basic blueprints to interpret construction plans.
Ability to work collaboratively with other construction workers.
Required- able to lift 50 lbs. walking on concrete all day.
General Construction Experience 1 year required

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| Clean and remove debris, hazards, and obstacles
Move materials to and from work areas, and load materials onto vehicles
Help carpenters, bricklayers, and other skilled tradespeople
Use hand and power tools, such as air hammers, cement mixers, and earth tampers
Build or take apart scaffolding, bracing, and temporary structures
Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
Adhere to safety and building code regulations
