The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a process/set-up technician to work at a company located in the Kalamazoo, MI area. At least 1+ years of plastic injection mold experience is required.
Pay Rate
$22 - 25/hr, based on experience

Schedule
1st Shift: 6 AM - 4PM, Mon - Thurs
Job duties may include, but not be limited to:

Job duties may include, but not be limited to:
- Read & apply all information in Mold Setup books
- Learn & apply troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain tool area
- Light maintenance on presses & auxiliary equipment
- Replacement of broken pins, springs, ect.
- Work with QC to verify part dimensions & quality
- Monitor machines during production
- Adjust machines as required to ensure quality
- Flexibility to perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Reliable transportation, solid attendance
- 1+ years of plastic injection mold experience
- Knowledge of all phases of injection molding process
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Motivated self-starter
