Taking and controlling inventory
Running errands for supplies
Filing, copying and scanning documents as needed

| Managing purchase orders, communicating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, requiring strong attention to detail and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; key duties include sourcing suppliers, creating purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and verifying invoices.
