Requirements of position
|
|

- Previous experience in construction, trucking, or related field is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Spanish-speaking only is acceptable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Securely cover cargo and debris in trucks with tarps and straps.
- Ensure all loads are properly tied down to meet safety and legal standards.
- Inspect tarps and straps for wear and damage, and report any issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficiency and safety.
