 1st: 7am-3pm $15.50
2nd: 3pm-11pm $16.50
3rd  : 11p-7a $16.50
Requirements of position




 ·  Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
·  Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
·  Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions.
·  Personal Attributes:
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
·  Safety & Compliance:

Responsibilities of position





·  Routine & Repetitive Work:
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform repetitive tasks consistently and efficiently.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
·  Setup & Operate Equipment:
  • Set up machinery and equipment according to operational guidelines.
  • Operate various production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed.
·  Utilize Hand Tools, Power Tools & Testing Devices:
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete production tasks and repairs.
  • Employ testing devices to inspect and verify the quality of finished parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
·  Packaging Finished Parts & Maintain Documentation:
  • Package finished products according to specifications to ensure safe transportation and storage.
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including quantities produced, defects, and other relevant data.
·  Complete Daily 5S Duties:
  • Implement and maintain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure compliance with 5S standards.
