Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in MRO or aviation industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Knowledge of aviation parts handling and FAA regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities of position
|

|
|
|
|
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of aviation parts and tools.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
- Manage inventory systems to ensure up-to-date records of parts and equipment.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with FAA regulations and other applicable aviation standards.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Implement processes to ensure traceability and accountability for critical aviation parts.
- Develop and optimize workflows for efficient material handling and storage.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery to maintenance teams.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Schedule shifts and allocate resources to meet operational demands.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to meet their part requirements.
- Work with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections.
- Technology and Reporting:
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor and control operations.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational performance.
- Identify and implement technology upgrades to improve warehouse efficiency.
