Requirements of position



Schedule Hours would be Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Breakfast and Lunch only. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
We are looking for candidates that would be able to take a recipe and be able to produce the dish.  We are also looking for person that have Customer Service skills, as during the lunch Period they would be either serving or doing an Action station, where they would by taking a Guest order and putting the dish together in front of them.
Food preparation experience one year +
Reliable and Team Player.
 
 
Responsibilities of position




 
Ensures recipe compliance is followed, food is prepared safely and according to HACCP and Heath dept procedures and handled accordingly (safe food prep, holding, storage etc.) in the operation.
Use the Sodexo menu cycle as a guide but has discretion to menu alternative items for entrée’s, side dishes, Action Station, and other areas in the cafeteria.
Main responsibility is to prepare Hot entrées and sides for Café line to include Soups, sauces, other food preparation menu items as directed by Chef manager and GM.
Ensures all food is stored rotated and labeled and dated properly.
Cooling log is completed for all items prepared and cooled – that employees are filling out the logs daily and properly and accurately.
Ensure Temperature logs are completed for all station’s (not just entrée and action station) and filed for audits – proper cooked to temps, holding temps, time and dated and filed properly.
