- Valid driver's license.

| Customer Relations
- Project a positive image by interacting cooperatively, supportively, and courteously with employees, customers, and management.
- Communicate accurate and timely information to relevant parties.
- Maintain positive and courteous communication with customers.
Quality Repairs
- Perform proper maintenance on assigned vehicles.
- Maintain an adequate and accurate parts inventory.
- Complete service jobs on time and correctly on the first attempt.
- Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other equipment.
- Accurately complete and submit paperwork (e.g., work orders, time cards) daily.
- Operate lift trucks and equipment as needed.
- Read and comprehend technical manuals.
- Use appropriate test equipment for troubleshooting.
- Steam cLean
- sponsored training programs.
- Rebuild motors, engines, transmissions, and major components.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems (including masts and attachments).
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, LP gas, gas, and diesel engines.
- Repair brake systems.
