The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Landscaping Supervisor to work at a company located in the Farwell, MI area!

Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, $20-25/hr+
Requirements of position



  • Proven experience in a Supervisor or Manager role within landscaping.
  • Extensive hardscaping experience, including retaining walls.
  • Proficient in operating heavy equipment and power tools.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience working in all areas of landscaping.
  • Ability to follow directions and lead a team effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Must adhere to company drug policies.
  • No lifting restrictions; ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility to work 8-10 hour days, adjusting as needed for weather conditions.
 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position




  • Oversee and manage landscaping and hardscaping projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries for job sites.
  • Schedule jobs and manage crew assignments efficiently.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including company trucks, bobcats, skid loaders, small tractors, and excavators up to 60 HP.
  • Read and follow blueprints accurately.
  • Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with a positive attitude.
