| Requirements of position

| Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing or a similar industry.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

| Responsibilities of position
|
|||||
| • Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols, proactively addressing any hazards.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with production teams to address equipment needs and support continuous improvement efforts
