Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of quality assurance experience in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Job Summary:
The QA Inspector ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and regulatory requirements in the production of nutraceutical products. This role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and sanitation inspections in manufacturing and packaging areas.
  • Review batch records, production documentation, and test results for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform sampling and testing of products according to established procedures.
  • Identify and report non-conformances, deviations, and potential quality issues.
  • Assist in investigations of quality-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of materials and finished products.
  • Work closely with production, quality control, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on inspection findings.
Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections
