- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Efficiently plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Accurately manage inventory and ensure proper order fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks.

- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor team performance and address any productivity issues.
- Manage inventory levels by performing cycle counts and identifying discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate product storage and labeling.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
- Oversee the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Manage the shipping process, including packing orders and coordinating deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Communicate with other departments regarding inventory levels and order status.
- Report on warehouse performance metrics to management.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.
