Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Additional studies in nutrition, pharmacology, or areas related to nutraceutical products are preferred.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health industry.
- Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Nutraceutical Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of nutraceutical products, their benefits, regulations, and market trends.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure the success of managed accounts.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and promote new nutraceutical products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in the nutraceutical sector.
- Prepare and present customized business proposals for potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company’s nutraceutical products.
- Participate in negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the client and the company.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their orders. Must be able to keep track of all open orders and where they are in the manufacturing process.
- Ensure continuous follow-up and client satisfaction after the sale, addressing any concerns or requests.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts through effective strategy implementation and closing sales.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, logistics, Manufacturing, and product development teams to ensure the seamless execution of product delivery while meeting all client-specific requirements. This includes coordinating timelines, managing resources, and addressing potential challenges to ensure products are delivered on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
- Provide training on the company’s nutraceutical products, their proper usage, benefits, and industry regulations.
- Present regular reports on account status, sales, and business opportunities for management, proposing improvements and growth strategies.
