$55,000-$70,000 plus commission 
 
 
 
 
Requirements of position




  1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Additional studies in nutrition, pharmacology, or areas related to nutraceutical products are preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health industry.
  3. Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  4. Nutraceutical Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of nutraceutical products, their benefits, regulations, and market trends.
  5. Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure the success of managed accounts.
  7. Proficient in English and Spanish.
 
Responsibilities of position





  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and promote new nutraceutical products.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in the nutraceutical sector.
  3. Prepare and present customized business proposals for potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company’s nutraceutical products.
  4. Participate in negotiating contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the client and the company.
  5. Keep customers updated on the status of their orders. Must be able to keep track of all open orders and where they are in the manufacturing process.
  6. Ensure continuous follow-up and client satisfaction after the sale, addressing any concerns or requests.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts through effective strategy implementation and closing sales.
  8. Collaborate effectively with marketing, logistics, Manufacturing, and product development teams to ensure the seamless execution of product delivery while meeting all client-specific requirements. This includes coordinating timelines, managing resources, and addressing potential challenges to ensure products are delivered on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
  9. Provide training on the company’s nutraceutical products, their proper usage, benefits, and industry regulations.
  10. Present regular reports on account status, sales, and business opportunities for management, proposing improvements and growth strategies.
