| • A degree in Architectural design is a plus
• BILINGUAL (Spanish and English is required)
• Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
• Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Netsuite software.
• Ability to strategize, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

| Responsibilities of position

| • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential corporate clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and project coordination.
• Advise on retail pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Ensure the effective positioning of products in a competitive market.
• Manage the availability of sales tools.
• Analyze sales data to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.
• Drafting persuasive and detailed proposals. Identifying opportunities for bid submissions.
