- BILINGUAL (Spanish and English is required)
- Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
- Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Netsuite software
- Ability to strategize, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions

This role is crucial in managing project deliveries and developing lasting relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a robust understanding of retail dynamics and customer needs. The position will be able to write effective proposals while adhering to budgetary and time constraints. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a sound understanding of the industry and be able to communicate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential corporate clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and project coordination.
- Advise on retail pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure the effective positioning of products in a competitive market.
- Manage the availability of sales tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.
- Drafting persuasive and detailed proposals. Identifying opportunities for bid submissions.
Qualifications:
