| Bilingual – Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Compensation: Base Salary $55K Plus 5k Bonus
Full Time – Monday to Friday – 8 hour shift
The Warehouse Supervisor Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving, coordinating, and planning the warehouse cycle counts, transfers processing, data entry, and product pulling for transfers. Oversees employee’s performance making sure the facility is running under safe and productive environment.
- Oversees the efficiency of the warehouse.
- Executes and improve operating performance of the warehouse.
- Develops, communicates, and executes warehouse goals, standards, plans, and objectives.
- Ensures and maintain warehouse organization, and safety work environment for Staff.
- Plans future capacity requirements.
- Ensure all departments are staffed and ready to fulfill orders.
- Controls the shrinkage.
- Maintain forklift safety and operation.
- Quality control in packaging and dispatching. Verifies merchandise as per orders.
- Trains, and supervises warehouse staff.
- Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork between departments.
- Monitors staff performance and progress.
- Ensure schedules and brakes are respected as posted.
- Lead by example to the team.
- Directs the receipt and storage the goods.
- Handles receiving questions or concerns.
- Coordinates receiving, and storing of product with ICS as necessary, advises the SR or CSR when special orders are in, and labels all special orders, and store in the SO area.
- Follows further instructions from Warehouse manager.

- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulation standards.
- Forklift operator (Certification)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Computer Skilled.
- Bilingual is a Must (Spanish and English).
- Must have at least two years of Warehouse Supervisor experience
