The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to work at a company located in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area!
 
Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor




Position Location



Ft. Lauderdale, FL
 
Pay/hours for position




25—30 HR then 55K
Requirements of position



 Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale FL. Temp. to Perm with full benefits.
Must have strong English-Spanish speaking skills to be considered.
25—30 Hr. W2, then after 3-6 months, convert to 55K base pay plus 5k bonus 
  1. Develops, communicates, and executes warehouse goals, standards, plans, and objectives.
  2. Ensures and maintain warehouse organization, and safety work environment for Staff.
  3. Maintain forklift safety and operation.
  4. Quality control in packaging and dispatching. 
  5. Verifies merchandise as per outgoing customer orders. 
 
  1. Will Train, and supervises all warehouse staff.   
  2. Monitors staff performance and progress.  
  3. Ensure schedules and brakes are respected as posted. 
  4. Directs the receipt and storage the goods. 
 
Job Requirements
Excellent organizational skills 
Flexible and able to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulation standards.
Forklift operator (Certification)
