Requirements of position



Bilingual - Commercial Construction Industry products - Sales Representative-
Looking for a strong  dynamic and proactive (Bilingual -English - Spanish) is required. Sales Account Representative to find, develop, and manage corporate accounts. Experienced Bilingual person that is able to write effective proposals while adhering to budgetary and time constraints. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a sound understanding of the Construction industry:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential corporate clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and project coordination.
  • Advise on retail pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the effective positioning of products in a competitive market.
  • Analyze sales data to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.
  • Drafting persuasive and detailed proposals. Identifying opportunities for bid submissions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a bid writer is advantageous- but not mandatory 
  • Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have some Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Netsuite software. 
Competitive base salary 60K, plus commissions:
(with a 3-month commission guarantee). Potential to 80K with commissions.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts – any overtime as required.
Territory Locations:
South Miami to Vero Beach area.
