Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $45-55/year; Full-time
Requirements of position




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
 
Responsibilities of position





Job Summary:
 
The Office Manager performs various tasks such as participates in the selection of personnel, trains personnel, guides and assists with customers service issues over the phone, calling customers to input orders in the system, keeping track of emails that contained PO, scanning invoices and printing reports.  
 
Essential Functions
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Manage the Customer Service Team and handles issues with customers
  • Manage the Reception area and train on the receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves
  • Manage plant activities like the annual company party
  • Manage office budget
  • Attend the Operations Meeting
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, making travel arrangements for candidates for interviews or business matters, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Responsible for office supplies, inventory and ordering. This includes coffee, creamer, etc.… for the machines in the conference room and office.
  • Organize and present meals and snacks for meetings (internal & external)
