Outside sales experience, staffing experience is a plus
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing customer service, delivery, and revenue/GP growth for a specifically assigned account or accounts, along with their regular recruiting duties.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Work together with leadership to manage assigned accounts staffing and recruiting needs through:
    • Speaking with hiring managers and decision makers regarding their job openings and requirements.  
    • Analyzing the current employment market to consult and make recommendations to customer regarding their hiring needs and requirements.
    • Presenting qualified candidates to customers.
    • Ensure that the customer’s job orders are being filled in a timely manner, that candidates being presented to the customer are qualified and that they are appropriate matches for the customer. 
    • Know the customers overall staffing usage and identify opportunities to expand on the relationship (know the score)
    • Win 75% + of the customers’ annual staffing spend.
    • Walk in new hires or interviews as needed.
    • Visit customers on a weekly or monthly basis as needed determined by leadership.  
    • Build relationships with key decision makers at customer by taking them to lunch, deliver breakfast, attending dinners and out of office events as determined by leadership.
 
 
Must have reliable transportation, this is an outside sales position
 
Must report to the office 5 days a week, one remote day will be awarded
 
Bilingual is a plus
