The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Part Time Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to work at a company located in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area!

Requirements of position



Bilingual Human Resources Assistant – Part Time – Temp to Perm.
Strong Spanish English communication skills are required to be considered.
Responsibilities – will help with:
  1. Develop and maintain a filing system.
  2. Order office supplies 
  3. Book travel arrangements
  4. Provide general support to visitors
  5. Keep the calendar up to date with PTO and Sick time requests.
  6. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  7. Run background checks, MVR’s and drug tests for new hires, I-9’s, coordinate the onboarding.
  8. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  9. Respond to Verifications of employment and unemployment claims
  10. Help to run payroll on Netsuite software and employees’ electronic files.
  11. Coordinate the benefits and payments.
Requirements and skills
  1. Proven experience as an HR Assistant with 3 years of experience.
  2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  3. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  5. Must speak Spanish 
Compensation:
 
Salary upon experience $20- $24 per hour- 
 
Temp to perm with benefits after 400 hours (approximately 4 months).
 
Work Schedule:
 
Monday to Friday 8 am to 1 pm  ( 25 hours a week ).
