| Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Pass a health screening
- Have a state-issued ID or valid driver's license
- Be able to stand or walk for an entire work shift
- Be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs
- Be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing
- Apply for a Florida Class D security license

- Ensuring the Safety of Personnel, Property, and Assets on Site
- Patrolling and Monitoring the CCTV camera footage.
- Monitoring and Controlling Access to the Premises.
- Investigate disturbances.
- Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Responding to alarms and emergencies.
- Communicating any irregularities with management.
- Keeping an incident report record.
- Following procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, traffic control, and accident investigations.
- Checking visitors in and out of the area.
- Escorting visitors around the premises.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Provide customer service.
- Responding to Emergencies and Incidents.
- Conducting Regular Patrols and Inspections.
- Maintaining Accurate and Detailed Incident Reports.
