- Weekly Pay: $18/hr (If hired on Full time- workers can make up to $27/hr based on incentive pay/performance)
- Schedule: Sunday - Friday (with day off in between); Overnight 6:00 pm – Finish

| Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- Prior selecting experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
- Basic produce knowledge and experience preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience operating an electric pallet jack.
- Must be able to work overnight hours
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Work to be performed in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- Regular lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50+ pounds, occasional climbing of ladders, usage of pallet jacks

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Operate electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Pull product from rotation unless otherwise specified by salesperson on comment section of label.
- Stack pallets correctly, i.e., heavy products used as the base, light products on top.
- Select quality products for customer satisfaction. If there is a doubt about quality, ask the Supervisor.
- Pull the correct product accurately.
- Write the beginning selection and completion times on the master pull sheet.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the inventory.
- Stage orders in the appropriate cooler until loading time.
- Have all substitutions approved by the supervisor.
- Use the paging system to call for products to be set on the floor by the forklift driver.
- Stage orders according to shipping time. When placing orders for the next day’s delivery, products must be stored in the proper coolers. (Example-iced items, leaf items in the cold cooler.
- Pull tagged product when specified on the comment sections of the pull sheet. If the tagged item cannot be found, report this to a supervisor immediately.
- Electric pallet jack upkeep is the responsibility of the operator.
- Ensure supervisor/manager adjusts on will-call invoices. No changes will be made by shipping personnel.
- Maintain appearance of the coolers by following supervisors cleaning schedule.
- Standing water must be mopped immediately.
- Strictly adhering to all safety rules.
- Perform other tasks, as requested by management.
- Responsible for working until relieved by supervisor. This may require working longer than your scheduled work hours.
- Ability to work with others in a professional manner.
