Job Location: Bloomingdale, IL & Glendale Heights, IL
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- Pay Rate: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
Work Week: Monday – Thursday and Tuesday – Friday

CNC / EDM Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift
JobSquad Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced CNC and EDM Machine Operators for opportunities with Abrasive Form in Bloomingdale and Glendale Heights, IL.
We are seeking skilled operators with experience in Wire EDM, Sink EDM, CNC machining, grinding, milling, and/or 5-axis CNC operations.
Available Positions
- Wire EDM Operator
- Sink EDM Operator
- 3-Axis CNC Operator / Grinder
- 5-Axis CNC Operator
- Milling Operator
The specific schedule will depend on the position, shift, and candidate's skill set.
Overtime
Overtime opportunities are available on the 5th day based on business needs. Candidates must understand that 5th-day overtime may be mandatory when business needs require it.
Candidates may be considered for one or both locations depending on experience and availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating CNC or EDM equipment preferred
- Wire EDM and Sink EDM experience strongly preferred for EDM positions
- Experience with 3-axis, 5-axis CNC, milling, grinding, or machining equipment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a 4×10-hour schedule
- Willingness to work overtime when required by business needs
