These Terms of Use govern your access to www.thejobsquad.com and related JobSquad pages (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

JobSquad provides recruiting and workforce solutions. The Site is an information and application channel. It does not create an employment relationship with JobSquad or any client unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Job listings and applications

Job titles, descriptions, pay, and other listing details are provided as posted by our recruiting systems and clients. We may update or remove listings at any time. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or placement.

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any resume or document you upload. Do not upload malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or submit automated applications or contact messages. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

JobSquad names, logos, and Site content are owned by JobSquad or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that listings are complete, that the Site will be uninterrupted, or that third-party services (including job-feed and email providers) will always succeed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobSquad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
