Information we collect

When you apply for a job we collect name, contact details, resume, employment history, and other information you provide. Contact-form submissions include the fields you complete (including audience, location, and message). We send applications to our recruiting systems and may share them with potential employers for placement.

To make later applications easier, we may store your contact details in your browser on this device. You can clear that saved information from the application form.

Cookies, analytics, and chat

Essential cookies and similar storage keep the site working (for example, remembering cookie choices and application drafts on this device). The homepage introduction video is essential media and is not an advertising cookie.

If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics (gtag) to understand how the Site is used. If you allow support, we load Crisp chat so you can message our team. You can accept, decline, or change these choices in Cookie settings. We do not run advertising tags on this Site.

How we use and share information

We use this information to match you with job opportunities, communicate about roles, respond to hiring inquiries, operate and secure the Site, and comply with law. We share information with potential employers for job placement, with service providers who process data for us (including Avionte for applications, Resend for email, Google Analytics, and Crisp), and when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Application and recruiting records are kept for as long as needed for placement, client requirements, and legal retention (typically up to four years unless a longer period is required). Contact-form messages are kept long enough to respond and maintain business records, generally up to two years. Cookie preferences stay in your browser until you clear them or change them. Analytics and chat vendors apply their own retention rules to data they process.

California privacy rights (CPRA)

If you are a California resident you may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out beyond declining optional analytics and support cookies.
