Job Summary
Our customer is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving & Logistics Associate to join our team.
This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming materials and products while supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify quantities, products, and shipping documents against purchase orders.
- Unload and move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Label and properly organize received materials.
- Enter receiving information accurately into the company’s system.
- Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams regarding incoming shipments.
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in receiving, logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to verify quantities, labels, and documentation.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes/materials as required.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Pay Rate: $22/hour
