Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
$18.85/hr
Job Description:
• Answers switchboard and routes calls as appropriate.
• Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.
• Assists in coordination of physical inventory reports
• Adds weight sheets
• Manage filing of Sales Orders, Production Reports, Inventory Reports, and Production Plans
• Adds data related to Daily Production Reports
• Revises production entries
• Accepts outstanding transfers
• Conducts transfers to request or send out products to and from various locations
• Conducts inventory control
• Schedules Production in ERP program when plant manager is out of the office
• Liaison for Bedford Park
• Enters Operations Data into several data sheets including yield and productivity (data from dailies), cook lot versus raw receiving cross reference datasheet packing log datasheet, measuring “% leakers” for each production run.
• Prepares documentation for receiving
• Coordinates physical inventory reporting
• Faxes or scans documents to Bridgeview
• Shreds confidential documents
• Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
• Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
• Composes and types routine correspondence.
• Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
• Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
• Prepares and modifies weekday/weekend work schedules for USDA
• Orders labels, packaging, and seasoning with direction from prod. supervisor and/or shipping
• Orders parts/service from outside service contacts
• Updates and maintains maintenance work logs with Mechanic
• Performs other duties as required.
