Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $19-$21/hour
1st shift from 6am-2:30pm.
Job Description:
We are looking for an Aviation Cleaner to clean and process aircraft engine parts and components. This position works with P&W PT6 and Rolls-Royce T56/501D engine parts and follows established cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, strip, and remove carbon from aviation engine parts and components
- Perform solvent cleaning and glass bead processing
- Follow work instructions, technical procedures, and approved cleaning processes
- Properly identify and separate parts based on cleaning requirements
- Protect and store parts properly to prevent damage
- Maintain cleaning tanks and chemicals
- Monitor and report work order status
- Enter required information into the company’s computer system
- Maintain proper chemical supplies and replenishment
Requirements:
- 3–6 months of aviation parts cleaning experience OR currently attending/recent graduate of an aviation school
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to safely handle large and bulky aircraft parts
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Aviation or aircraft engine experience is a plus
