Job Squad is looking for Maintenance Tech for in Melrose Park, IL for our Bakery manufacturing partner.
This is a direct hire role with the company
Main Responsibilities:
Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of machines, equipment and plant facilities wants for this role: PLC Experience, Food Industry experience, working with processing equipment, , conveyor system experience
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime; responsible for set up, adjustment, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility.
QUALIFICATIONS PLUS
· Support Equipment (Ovens, Packing lines, Conveyors.
· Plumbing, Pneumatic Hydraulics, Cutting.
· Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills.
· Excellent trouble-shooting skills Service-oriented (responsive)
· Power Industrial Training Certification a plus
· Electrical, PLC Diagnostics a plus.
· Welding MIG, TIG, Stick a plus.
