Job Title: General Labor/ Palletizer
Job Location: Webberville, MI
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $16-18/hr (Depending on Experience Level)
Shifts:
Day: Tuesday – Friday, 6am-4:30pm
Saturday – Overflow
Nights: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm – 3am
Friday & Saturday – Overflow
30 minute lunch
2 – 15 minute breaks
Job Description: Jobsquad is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production team! Ain this role you’ll play an important role in the packaging and shipping process by stacking and organizing finished insulation products onto pallets for shipment. This is a hands-on, physically active position in a fast-paced production environment. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy staying busy, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Stack and arrange packaged products neatly on pallets
- Wrap and label completed pallets according to specifications
- Assist with general warehouse and/or production tasks as needed
- Monitor product quality and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful, but not required
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
