Salary: $95k to $115k depending on experience
Target EOY bonus 10%
Shift: 1st Shift but needs to be flexible to work into 2nd shift as needed
Monday-Friday onsite schedule
Job Description:
Acts as both a strategic and tactical partner to leadership, driving day-to-day HR operations and long-term organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on scaling processes, building talent pipelines, and enhancing company culture to support ongoing manufacturing growth.
- Must be bilingual Spanish/English
- Must have 8 years of progressive HR experience in a MANUFACTURING setting
- Human Resources Degree is required
- They want a well-rounded individual who can take things off the HR Directors plate. Be both strategic and tactical, drive change, process improvement, employee relations, etc.
- Multi-site experience is a plus as they will be assisting in the other Chicagoland location, North Carolina, and New Mexico
- Align HR practices and operational execution with company growth objectives.
- Build robust talent pipelines and scale workforce initiatives across locations.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Support leadership coaching, employee evaluation, and structured career progression paths
- Strong communication, analytical capabilities, change management, and a mix of strategic insight with tactical execution.
